This is a first floor holiday apartment in a new luxury development. 2 bedrooms, can sleep up to 6 people. It is situated in a quiet sheltered area five minutes walk from Newquay town centre. It is a short walk to the famous Fistral surfing beach.
Newquay Sailing Club and Gig Club are both in the harbour. Towan Beach can be easily reached in five minutes by walking across the harbour at low tide. Newquay Golf Club is a five minute walk away.
The coastal footpath passes nearby. There is good sea fishing from the shore & charter boats.
The apartment does not allow pets or smokers. Bookings for Single sex groups and Groups under 25 are not taken.

This lovely holiday apartment in Newquay is centrally heated and equipped for six people. It has a large living area with a dining area and kitchen.
The large Living Area has a 32″ flat screen TV and a DVD player. The Juliet Balcony overlooks the harbour. The Dining area seats up to six people. The Kitchen is fully equipped with a cooker, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine/dryer, a microwave, toaster and radio/CD.
The spacious Double Bedroom has a king size bed with an en-suite shower/toilet room with hairdryer. The Twin Room has two single beds and is just across the passage from the Bathroom which has a shower, toilet and a hairdryer.
Bed linen, towels, duvets and pillows are supplied – but not beach towels. The sofa/settee in the living room converts into either two single beds or a double bed. There is an allocated parking space.
